Shipping

The cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order. We have endeavored to keep shipping as affordable as possible.  Our primary method is shipping is Australia Post service.

Delivery

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

By default you will be required to sign for your goods will be sent with "Signature Required". 

We take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if it is damaged, or if your order is incorrect.

Returns

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Please include proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we received your item, and it is deemed returnable, we will process your refund and notify you. 

The refund will be made to the card used to make the purchase. You will receive a credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
