Shipping policy

The cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order. We have endeavored to keep shipping as affordable as possible. Our primary method is shipping is Australia Post service.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends). All deliveries are tracked.

Please allow between 1 – 4 business days for shipping to capital cities and a little more for other areas. Rural and remote areas may experience a longer delivery period but on average are delivered within 3 – 10 days of dispatch. These times do not include weekends, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

By law we are required to ask you to sign for your goods on delivery. 

Returns

We take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Please email us at contact@starlane.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if it is damaged, or if your order is incorrect.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
