How it works

Your Subscription

  • Your wine club membership is a recurring subscription. Your initial order repeats unless you log into your account and change your wine selections.
  • Your first order is placed when you join the wine club. The subscription order recurs every 6 months from your subscription date. You can change this date (skip, pause, order now) at any time BEFORE your subscription anniversary, in your self-managed portal. See "Managing Your Subscription" below.
  • The cost of your wine is calculated at cellar door prices, according to the selection you make, less your chosen club discount, and is charged to your credit card prior to shipping. This stored payment is automatically debited every 6 months.
  • If a new vintage of your selected wine is available, your order will update automatically. Any price change will be reflected in your order. You may log into your account and change your wine selections at any time.

Reminders

  • You'll receive two email reminders before each billing date: one 14 days prior, one 2 days prior.
  • Use these as opportunities to review your order, change your wine choices, and update delivery and card details where necessary.

Managing Your Subscription

  • You can update, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime using the Shopify account link included in every order email.
  • The same link lets you update your shipping date, shipping details, and payment details. Please keep your shipping details current to avoid disappointment.

How Your Details Are Protected

  • Your customer account - including your address and payment method - is securely encrypted within the Shopify store and protected by Shopify's security and privacy systems.
