Toni Pla Bou has been making wine for more than 25 years across Australia and overseas in France, and brings his extensive knowledge, experience and creativity to Star Lane. His philosophy is to produce wines that express the place and time of their making. The vineyard’s particular aspect, the alpine climate and the glacial soils of its vineyards are unique, producing wines with an identity as individual as the people who drink them.
